Sweater Weather Trio Bundle

Pink House Old Fashioned  

Ingredients:

• ½ oz of any syrup in the Sweater Weather bundle
• 2-4 shakes of pH bitters (Smoldered & House bitters are our winter favorites!)
• 2 oz bourbon
• Orange swath and cocktail cherry for garnish

Instructions:

Combine pH syrup, bitters and bourbon in a mixing glass with ice and stir to combine and chill. Strain neat over a large ice block in your favorite rocks glass. Use a paring knife to shave a large swath of orange peel and express the oils over your cocktail. Garnish with a cocktail cherry. Cheers!

Pink House Zero-proof Spritz   

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz of any syrup in the Sweater Weather bundle
• ½ oz of lemon or lime juice
• 3 oz of your favorite juice (use apple for a sweeter spritz, or cranberry if you like it tart!)
• Sparkling water

Instructions:

Combine pH syrup and juice in your favorite festive glass. Fill your glass halfway with bubbles and gently stir to combine. Fill your glass with ice and garnish with your holiday favorites! We love a fresh rosemary sprig or dehydrated citrus for extra flair!

Pink House Maple Apple Matcha 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz of Maple Delight syrup
• 3 oz of cold pressed apple juice
• 1 scoop matcha
• 1 oz hot water
• 2 oz  ice cold water

Instructions:

Combine syrup and juice in a glass and gently stir to combine. Add ice to the glass, leaving room for matcha float. In a small pitcher, whisk matcha and hot water to create a paste. Once smooth, add ice cold water and stir until incorporated. Float matcha over the top and garnish with a dehydrated apple.
